Fukuoka Asian Art Museum
The only art museum in the world to systematically collect and displays unique Asian modern era art pieces. In principle, it focuses on works from 23 countries and regions north of Pakistan, south of Mongolia, and to south and/or east of Indonesia, mainly works from the modern era from 19th century to the present day. ""Fukuoka Asian Art Triennale"" introducing the latest Asian art is held every three years as a special planned exhibit.
